Pauline started her first business at the age of 25. As an owner operator in the service and retail sector she built her business from employing 1 part time person to a dual location business employing 10 full time staff. In 1994 Pauline opened a flagship business employing 16 staff and went on to win many local & national awards including:

Pauline's business was also included in New Zealand's Best of the Best Publication: 2001. Pauline understands the day to day challenges of running a business and what is required to be successful.

Currently studying psychology, Pauline has a passion to find answers that will allow all her clients to unlock their true potential. Pauline is an entertaining and motivated speaker who is deadly serious about `success in the game of life.' Education through leadership and coaching are her formula’s for accelerated success.

Martin is passionate about the planning of hands on development initiatives that are action orientated and stresses the importance of accountability through results based systems and procedures. Over his many years in business development his refreshing honest dynamic approach has benefited businesses from all over New Zealand.
